It has been an absolute pleasure to watch these young ladies come together as a team. For their hard work and dedication to their love of the sport shining through and for their personal growth and development of confidence. Working with pitchers the best feeling is seeing that master of the pitch or a strikeout that lights that girl”s face up. As for the team the blending of  personalities together makes it all worth it; I love seeing the girls enjoying the sport I hold so dear. 

I have been coaching softball since 2007 and started with little league, then went to travel so for the last 16 years and have been to multiple coaching clinics , and coached 1 season at culpeper high school, i believe that having a positive attitude and giving 100% effort is key to everything in life, I have coached football, wrestling,baseball, and now softball, my favorite sport, because of the girls, My coaching style is that i coach quietly and talk with the girls to make sure they understand, i never yell when things go wrong, i only yell when things are exciting, so if you hear me yelling you know your missing something.
